About the role:

A great opportunity has arisen to join our busy Field Services team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive administrator to support our dynamic, customer-centric team. This part-time role offers flexibility around hours worked, making it ideal for someone seeking work-life balance.

You will provide administrative support to assist with monitoring and control of field services workflow and the work management system. You’ll also help ensure our documentation and processes follow best practice and support a high-quality customer experience and passionate administrator to be part of our dynamic, customer-centric team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support field staff with timely updates and distribution of documents and databases.
  • Assist with work order management, including reporting and job tracking.
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders, ensuring correct coding and compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records through electronic and hard copy filing.
  • Create and distribute reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Field Services team, including printing job packs and assisting with accounts payable/receivable.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and notify them of any changes to planned outages.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and customer service.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experienced in administration, ideally within a service delivery or operational environment.

You’ll also bring:

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated administration experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
