About the role:
We are looking for a communications expert who is skilled in managing stakeholder relationships. This fixed term role covering parental leave from February 2025 until May 2026 will offer the ideal candidate an opportunity to further develop their strong leadership and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develops and manages internal and external communications in line with business requirements
- Leads the development of corporate and regulatory documents
- Manages media relations
- Manages MainPower’s sponsorship portfolio, including long-term partnerships and the MainPower Community Fund
About you:
This role would ideally suit someone who has a strong background in communications, has experience in producing financial and regulatory reporting documents, and is confident with crisis communications management. Stakeholder and customer engagement skills are also important to ensure the customer and corporate relations strategy is effectively integrated with all areas of the business. Strong digital marketing skills are also desirable. Experience managing sponsorships and events is advantageous.
