As part of our graduate program, you’ll benefit from continuous training and mentorship from across the organisation, collaborate with seasoned professionals in diverse teams, and gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools on a variety of projects. This opportunity will enhance your skills, experience, and engineering expertise.
To qualify for our two-year rotational program, you should either be a recent graduate or in your final year of study, ideally with a focus on power engineering.
About you:
You are self-aware and dedicated to personal growth, with a strong focus on customer service and commitment to safety. You tackle tasks efficiently and independently, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude. Self-motivation and reliability are key strengths you bring to the role.
Additionally,
- Currently pursuing (final year) or completed a degree in Electrical Engineering
- You are passionate about the energy industry and want to make an impact on the future
